class.upload.php is a powerful and mature PHP class to manage uploaded files, and manipulate images in many ways. The script is available under a GPL license.
It should work, the class being only server-side. I don't use Microsoft technologies, so I cannot check. However, you should have more information in your webserver log.Reply
