I really like your script. I want to know if it's possible to do this:
A text field and a Browse button. Fill in the text field and then browse for you image(s) and click upload. Save the image(s) in a folder named after that text field. Then display a thumbnail with a "description" field next to it (several thumbnails if its a multiple image upload) then a "summit" button.
The image(s) and the "description" are saved in a folder named after that text field at the beginning.
