Uploads and converting images to jpg's are working fine for me, but then the output says "no image processing wanted". Running on Linux (Cent OS)

Here is the processing code I use:

$handle->image_convert           = 'jpg';
$handle->image_resize            = true;
//$handle->image_y               = 50;
$handle->image_x                 = 10;

After reading other posts I set the following with no avail

$handle->mime_file = false;
$handle->mime_check = false;

Here is my log output:
