Here i want to make sure the image isnt enlarge if the source size is smaller than x and y...

But below doesn't work it still zooms in
$handle->image_ratio_no_zoom_in = true;
$handle->image_resize           = true;
$handle->image_ratio_y          = true;
$handle->image_x    = $image_size_medium;
